The SEO Bros provides search engine optimization services including but not limited to: website audits, local SEO, technical SEO, content marketing, and link building. The scope of services for each client is defined in a separate Service Agreement or proposal.
Search engine rankings are determined by third-party platforms (Google, Bing, etc.) and are subject to their algorithms, which change frequently and without notice. We do not and cannot guarantee specific search ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We commit to applying industry best practices and our professional expertise in pursuit of your goals.
Our free AI SEO Scan and Expert Review are provided at no charge and with no obligation. Results are provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify these tools at any time.

Payment terms are defined in your individual Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
Upon receipt of full payment, content created by The SEO Bros for your website (blog posts, landing pages, etc.) is owned by you. Our internal methodologies, tools, templates, and processes remain our property. We reserve the right to reference your business as a client for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
Either party may terminate a monthly retainer engagement with 30 days' written notice. Project-based work may be terminated for cause with notice. Fees earned up to the termination date are non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The SEO Bros LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The SEO Bros LLC, its principals, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
You may use theseobros.com for lawful purposes only. You may not use our free tools to scrape data, submit false information, or interfere with the operation of our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau or Suffolk County, New York.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
